You'll lead the Foundation Engineering team powering the core infrastructure of the Netskope NewEdge platform. You'll own delivery outcomes end-to-end, ensuring resilient and scalable foundational services across 100+ data centers. This role stands out for its AI-first engineering approach and direct influence on technical direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers.
• Drive architecture and design of foundational cloud services.
• Champion AI-first engineering practices across the team.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and availability of services.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years in engineering management leading teams of 8+
• Proficiency in Go (primary) and Python
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

• Experience in cybersecurity or network security
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with observability and on-call operations
