🎯 What You'll Do

• Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment
• Assist with enhancing job skills and monitoring progress
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations

📋 Requirements

• One year experience working with IDD
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel to client workplaces
• ACRE Certification or CESP preferred
