💼 About This Role

You'll lead SailPoint implementation across NIPR, SIPR, and Top-Secret networks for U.S. Special Operations Command. You will build an Attribute-Based Access Control model to govern access to critical data. You'll define trust attributes consumed by enforcement tools like Microsoft Purview and Kiteworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ design and deployment across hybrid environments.
• Define and manage Trust Attributes schema for ABAC enforcement.
• Manage air-gapped SailPoint instance on Top-Secret network with attribute manifests.
• Configure automated access certification campaigns for DoD compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years hands-on SailPoint (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ) experience.
• Deep understanding of JML process and automated provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.

• Experience implementing Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
• Familiarity with DoD ICAM reference designs.
• Knowledge of REST, SCIM, SOAP integration protocols.
