🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence.
• Craft personalized outreach to passive candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline data in Greenhouse.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of technical sourcing experience in-house.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and ATS.
• Track record engaging passive candidates for AI/ML or robotics roles.
• Strong written communication with high response outreach.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Ability to quickly understand robotics role requirements.
