You'll manage high-value client relationships in a fast-growing digital asset environment, focusing on HNWIs, family offices, and institutional traders across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan. You'll drive trading volume and product adoption while collaborating with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage VIP client portfolio including HNWIs, institutional traders, and family offices.
• Lead onboarding, retention, and relationship development activities.
• Drive revenue growth through trading volume and cross-selling products.
• Develop regional strategies for Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan.
• Act as internal liaison coordinating with product, compliance, and operations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in relationship management, private banking, or crypto-related financial services.
• Strong track record managing high-value client portfolios with revenue impact.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading products including spot, derivatives, and staking.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven tracking.

• Prior exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan's crypto ecosystem.
