You'll be the first design hire at a YC-backed AI company, shaping enterprise automation tools from the ground up. You'll own the full design cycle, from discovery to shipped product, working closely with founders and engineers. This role offers direct impact on major financial institutions and a chance to define AI UX patterns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery and research with enterprise clients
• Create low-fidelity concepts and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate side-by-side with product engineers during development
• Begin establishing design patterns and a component library

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work from research to shipped UI
• Comfort working directly with engineers and understanding technical constraints
• Experience with enterprise UX for complex workflows and power users

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI/vibe coding tools like Cursor or Bolt
• A point of view on AI UX and emerging interaction patterns
• Experience designing for developer or technical audiences
