📋 Requirements

• Depth of experience as a full 360 recruiter in technical organisations
• Experience managing highly sought after candidates through interview processes
• Strong relationships with technical stakeholders in Engineering departments
• Proven ability to evolve and improve recruitment lifecycle processes
