💼 About This Role

You'll manage customer inquiries and orders for fluid handling products at a major industrial distributor. You'll build relationships with customers and sales teams while ensuring accurate order entry and timely follow-up. This role offers growth within a national organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Enter customer orders in the ERP system with 100% accuracy
• Quote customers on components and enter quotes into ERP system
• Expedite customer orders to meet required and promised dates

📋 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree preferred, especially Fluid Power programs
• Experience in Industrial Distribution or adjacent industry
• Working experience with Trend
