💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets while assisting with daily operations. This role combines customer service, merchandising, and team development in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Open and close the store, including register reconciliation
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
