💼 About This Role

You'll lead brand and performance creative design for Zable at Lendable, a leading UK fintech unicorn. Your work will shape how the brand looks and feels across large-scale campaigns and a full rebrand. You'll collaborate with growth and design teams to produce best-in-class assets that drive customer growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale creative output across paid channels
• Produce variations for creative testing and learning
• Maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials
• Use AI tools to increase speed and quality of work

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a creative or brand designer
• Strong portfolio showing typographic, layout and conceptual thinking
• Experience designing for performance/growth marketing
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in design workflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Motion and video skills (After Effects, Figma motion)
• Experience contributing to a rebrand or new brand launch
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
