💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize the Customer Success technology stack, driving automation and scalability. You'll be the primary architect of our AI chatbot and lead cross-functional integrations to enhance customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Zendesk and Ada chatbot configurations
• Design and iterate AI playbooks and conversation flows
• Lead project management for CS tooling rollouts
• Ensure compliance and data protection across platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years as lead/owner of tooling (Ada, Zendesk, etc.)
• 2+ years in customer-facing or enablement roles
• Basic SQL, HTML or similar programming language
• Experience with APIs, Postman, webhooks and code repositories

✨ Nice to Have

• Zendesk certification
• Experience with data syncing platforms like Segment
• Knowledge of REST APIs
