You'll drive new business as a consultative seller for local Odessa/Midland clients. You'll own full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, while managing and growing existing accounts. This role offers uncapped earning potential and hands-on training in a fast-paced media environment.

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven tools
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI
• Work with market leadership to meet team and individual goals

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle
