💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing home health agency recognized as a Top Workplace. You'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to develop and implement sourcing strategies. This role requires being in the field visiting patients in their homes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles
• Partner with TA Director on recruitment strategies
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and socials
• Screen and interview candidates for clinical positions

📋 Requirements

• 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Healthcare or home health experience highly desired
