You'll collaborate across teams to build high-impact customer-facing roadmaps and accelerate our transition to a service-oriented architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical strategy for data integration and AI initiatives
• Architect large-scale distributed systems connecting marketing, telephony, and CRM
• Mentor principal and senior engineers across multiple teams
• Drive transition from monolith to service-oriented architecture

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of SaaS software development experience
• Mastery of Ruby, Python, or JavaScript in production
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Workato or Zapier

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Five9)
