You'll oversee accounting for a community-focused real estate and infrastructure firm with 900+ employees. Your core impact is managing financial reporting for Credit investment structures and complex transaction accounting. You'll lead a team and collaborate on portfolio oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial reporting for Credit investment structures
• Manage accounting for new acquisitions, restructures, and dispositions
• Ensure accurate setup of investment structures in Yardi system
• Lead month-end close, waterfall calculations, and performance reporting

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification
• 15+ years in Fund Accounting for Credit assets
• Experience with ASC 970, ASC 310, ASC 320, ASC 946 and related standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi Investment Accounting or similar ERP
• Knowledge of NCREIF and GIPS reporting standards
