💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines retail leadership with pop culture passion to make a difference through Feeding America donations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
