You'll implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and drive engagement at a leading renewable energy company. Your work will directly support plant operations and key business objectives as the sole HR representative on site.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee relations and investigate associate issues
• Partner with site leadership on performance and talent development
• Oversee leave of absence administration including FMLA and STD
• Source, select, onboard, and retain associates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS

✨ Nice to Have

• Start-up experience of Greenfield or Brownfield site
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
