💼 About This Role

You'll drive and scale paid acquisition across Meta and other channels for subscription-based products. You'll own performance metrics like CPA and ROAS, running experiments and collaborating with creative teams. This role offers unlimited PTO and the freedom to work remotely in the CET time zone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and other channels
• Build and optimize campaign structures for scaling goals
• Run structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses and learning agendas
• Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ads

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and other traffic sources
• Proven track record of managing and scaling $1M+ monthly budgets
• Experience with subscription-based products (web) is a strong plus
