You'll join Compass's MA Marketing Team to empower real estate agents with marketing strategies and branding projects. You'll drive adoption of Compass's platform and ensure cohesive agent marketing. This role offers hands-on collaboration with top in-house creatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage systems for team communications and processes.
• Provide outstanding client service as agents' accountability partner.
• Coordinate custom design projects and monitor deliverables.
• Analyze marketing initiative results to inform future activities.
• Develop marketing plans for budget maximization across channels.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of marketing experience.
• Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Project management and time management skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in client or account service environment.
• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury brand.
