Description

As Applied Intuition's first UX Researcher, you'll own the full research lifecycle for Vehicle OS and in-vehicle experiences, collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers to make complex automotive workflows intuitive and safe. You'll conduct field research, usability tests, and synthesize insights that directly shape our product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong academic foundation in Human-Computer Interaction
• Experience with full UX research lifecycle
• Ability to work 5 days a week in Sunnyvale office
• Experience with automotive or safety-critical systems preferred
• Familiarity with ISO and safety standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define research questions and scope plans for Vehicle OS features
• Design and execute user studies end-to-end
• Run usability tests on interaction designs and UI flows
• Conduct contextual and field research with automotive customers
• Translate findings into clear narratives and recommendations
