You'll serve as the primary legal resource for managing strategic partnership contracting and supporting corporate development initiatives. You'll draft, negotiate, and oversee vendor and partnership agreements while advising internal stakeholders on legal risks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements
• Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance
• Maintain vendor and partnership contract databases

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership
• 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a major law firm
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements
