You'll lead the build and growth of BJAK's Thailand business, owning the market end-to-end from regulatory compliance to revenue growth. Your core impact will be securing strong insurer partnerships and driving product launch. This role offers the chance to build a scalable business in a highly competitive market from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute Thailand market strategy including partnerships and growth plans.
• Build and manage relationships with insurers and underwriting partners.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships and product distribution agreements.
• Lead platform launch working with product and engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, or high-growth tech.
• Analytical and execution-focused mindset.
• Experience managing commercial performance and revenue growth.
• Leadership capability managing cross-functional teams.

• Valid Non-Life Insurance Broker License.
