You'll lead design efforts for corporate and industrial projects for Fortune 500 clients nationwide. You'll collaborate with a multidiscipline team to develop schematic designs and serve as Project Manager, coordinating budgets and schedules. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with a new HQ in Bloomington.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop schematic designs and prepare production documentation
• Coordinate multidiscipline project teams and manage budgets
• Prepare project proposals and client presentations
• Maintain client relationships and identify market trends

📋 Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Architectural Registration in Minnesota or ability to obtain within a year
• 10-15 years of experience with progressive responsibilities
• Corporate project design experience

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
