💼 About This Role

You'll administer and monitor the Restorative Justice Healing Initiative (RJHI) by coordinating and mediating restorative justice conferencing for youth at a correctional facility. You'll mentor youth and hold them accountable to their individualized healing paths, facilitating positive interactions with victims and staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a therapeutic community dedicated to rehabilitation and social justice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and facilitate restorative justice conferencing for youth.
• Mentor youth involved in the RJHI on a weekly basis.
• Hold youth accountable to goals in their restorative justice path.
• Collect data and submit quarterly and annual reports.

📋 Requirements

• Completion of a Restorative Justice Training or Certification program.
• 2 years experience conducting restorative justice conferencing or relevant degree plus 1 year experience.
• Must pass a background check administered by CDCR.

• Lived experience with the criminal justice system (formerly incarcerated or justice-involved).
