Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English, productivity-focused, adaptable to international remote work

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for the country
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers
• Process end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, exceptions, payments, compliance
• Ensure data integrity, accounting, reconciliations
• Mentor and support payroll specialists
