You'll lead demand generation and website optimization for a fast-growing mobility tech company. You'll own the full-funnel strategy, build scalable growth systems, and partner with sales to drive pipeline. This role reports directly to the CMO and offers the chance to shape a high-impact function.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and run multi-channel demand gen programs
- Own website strategy, CRO, and continuous optimization
- Build dashboards and reporting for marketing performance
- Partner with sales on target accounts and pipeline goals
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in digital marketing, demand gen, or growth
- Proven experience designing multi-channel demand gen programs
- Hands-on experience owning and optimizing a corporate website
- Strong command of modern B2B martech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to public sector or education buyers
- Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress)
