You'll lead demand generation and website optimization for a fast-growing mobility tech company. You'll own the full-funnel strategy, build scalable growth systems, and partner with sales to drive pipeline. This role reports directly to the CMO and offers the chance to shape a high-impact function.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and run multi-channel demand gen programs
  • Own website strategy, CRO, and continuous optimization
  • Build dashboards and reporting for marketing performance
  • Partner with sales on target accounts and pipeline goals

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, demand gen, or growth
  • Proven experience designing multi-channel demand gen programs
  • Hands-on experience owning and optimizing a corporate website
  • Strong command of modern B2B martech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to public sector or education buyers
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress)
