Description

You will manage strategic projects within the Finance Accounting organization, collaborating with stakeholders across the business. You'll drive system implementations, process maturation, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth organizational change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in finance and/or technology
• Strong understanding of Finance Accounting practices and systems
• Advanced skills in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of select projects within the Finance portfolio, including intake, prioritization, and resourcing
• Establish project management reporting mechanisms for timeline, milestones, risks, and outcomes
• Collaborate with Finance Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage competing priorities and expectations across multiple functions
• Execute adoption and change management for process or system transitions
