Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Cottonwood Residential, you will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and handle on-call emergency services. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our apartments and ensuring a great customer experience.

Requirements

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC
• CPO certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
• Provide on-call after-hours emergency service
• Maintain property grounds and household systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment
• Work standard hours including evenings and weekends
