You'll design and build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for bioinformatics and diagnostic systems at Natera. You'll drive automation across GCP and AWS to enable fast, reliable, and compliant delivery. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape DevOps practices in a regulated clinical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform across GCP and AWS
• Automate deployment and configuration of applications and bioinformatics pipelines
• Manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in DevOps or platform engineering
• Proven expertise with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industry (FDA, clinical diagnostics)
• Familiarity with bioinformatics workflows or NGS pipelines
• Knowledge of observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
