You'll serve as the primary IT liaison between plant operations and Corporate IT at two metal processing facilities. You'll lead development and support of custom MES and Ignition systems while delivering real-time production dashboards. This role offers exposure to manufacturing technology in a large-scale environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide advanced IT support for two metal processing facilities.
• Administer MES and Ignition systems for production visibility.
• Design SQL and Crystal Reports for productivity metrics.
• Support end-user hardware and device security.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT or operational technology support.
• Proficiency with SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Ignition or similar MES platforms.
• Hands-on administration of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

• Experience with IQS Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in metal fabrication.
