You'll anchor Playlab's work across NYC and the Northeast, serving as the senior technical partner for the region. You'll lead high-impact professional learning in person, building AI tools alongside educators in NYC schools. This role offers real impact in the densest partner geography for a mission-aligned nonprofit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Anchor the NYC and Northeast region holding senior relationships
• Lead high-impact professional learning and coaching in person
• Co-design AI tools with educators for their specific context
• Mentor embedded Learning Engineers across the region

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of K-12 classroom or instructional leadership experience
• Senior builder's track record shipping AI tools using advanced patterns
• Strong NYC or Northeast network in schools, districts, or CMOs
• Skilled facilitator of adult learning experiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading large-scale instructional technology or PD initiatives across NYC
• Familiarity with NYC DOE structures and Northeast CMO networks
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
