💼 About This Role

You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support in a remote-friendly Mac environment while also driving proactive improvements to tools and processes. You'll partner with teams like People, Operations, and Engineering to streamline onboarding, security, and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily hands-on IT support for remote team, primarily Mac devices
• Manage access and user setups across Google Workspace, Slack, Kandji, 1Password
• Partner with HR and Ops for smooth onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Create and improve internal IT processes and identify automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years experience in a similar role
• Solid experience supporting remote and in-person Mac environments
• Comfortable managing IT operations in a business setting
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, Kandji, and Atlassian products
