💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of GTM Systems Engineers owning the revenue technology ecosystem. You'll balance rapid feature delivery with aggressive reduction of technical debt to ensure scalable growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor engineers on code quality and Salesforce best practices
• Manage sprint planning and backlog prioritization with executives
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline and sandbox strategy for zero-downtime deployments
• Conduct architectural reviews and schedule technical debt refactoring

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
• At least 2 years in a leadership or lead architect capacity
• Deep architectural knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and Partner Ecosystems
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Gearset, or Copado

• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Experience with Workato or MuleSoft
