You'll architect and scale a modern, AI-driven growth engine for a high-growth sales performance platform. You'll redefine how marketing operates through automation and intelligent data, partnering with marketing, sales, and leadership to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Transform manual marketing and BDR processes into automated workflows
- Lead data enrichment and segmentation strategies using Clay and UserGems
- Design and execute operational experiments for AI-driven propensity modeling
- Own marketing tech stack architecture and campaign operations
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in Marketing Operations or Sales Operations in B2B
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proven experience managing complex marketing tech stacks
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier)
โจ Nice to Have
- Advanced proficiency in Clay including tables and Claygent
- Experience operationalizing intent data (e.g., G2) into outbound workflows
- Track record of building scalable data-driven GTM systems
