💼 About This Role

You'll support the Kustomer sales effort by prospecting and sourcing decision makers, creating an excellent first impression over email, phone, and social. You will work closely with sales and marketing to drive Kustomer's message to the market. This role offers remote-friendly culture with periodic in-person training in the NY area.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Engage prospects via email and phone to qualify leads
  • Identify target customers through email, phone, and social channels
  • Maintain active engagement with creative follow-ups
  • Partner with account executives to define outreach strategies

📋 Requirements

  • 6 months inbound/outbound sales experience
  • Ability to engage customers over email, phone, and in person
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Experience being accountable to metrics
