You'll provide applied behavior analysis therapy to children with neurodevelopmental disorders as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Your work will directly improve long-term outcomes through assent-based, individualized care. This role offers hybrid flexibility and a clear progression ladder.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments and develop treatment plans
• Supervise and train behavior technicians
• Collaborate with speech, occupational, and mental health therapists
• Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field
• BCBA certification required
• LBA certification preferred
