💼 About This Role

You'll build the organizational backbone from scratch for a $25M-funded AI safety and biosecurity talent accelerator. You'll scale the team from 7 to 25, build a new San Francisco headquarters, and launch a founder residency program. This is a high-autonomy building role for a scrappy operator in a fast-growth, high-stakes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end buildout of a new San Francisco headquarters
• Operationalize a founder residency hosting 20+ entrepreneurs
• Build and scale the entire people operations and recruiting engine
• Manage grant disbursements, vendor management, and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years scaling operations in a fast-growth startup
• Experience as a Head of Ops or Chief of Staff from 10 to 50 employees
• Track record of creating systems from scratch
• High agency and sharp problem-solving skills
