💼 About This Role

You'll lead a data science team doing R&D that shapes how we use machine learning, generative AI, and LLMs to protect customers. You'll enable high-performing teams at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world security operations, with access to unique data sets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide the data science team on high-impact R&D projects
• Coach and develop team through 1:1s and performance reviews
• Collaborate with PM and engineering on product strategy
• Define clear milestones and monitor progress with metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years leading and managing data science teams
• 6+ years of professional data science experience
• Extensive Python experience including production-ready code
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Educational background in AI, machine learning, statistics, or graph theory
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with Amazon Bedrock
