Description

You will build and own the analytical function for our new ATM network in Mexico, driving data-driven decisions across product, operations, and economics. This role offers the chance to shape analytics strategy from scratch, impacting customer behavior, cash logistics, and unit economics.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from top-tier university
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Advanced SQL; Python or R is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset or similar BI tools
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical tasks

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for the ATM product
• Drive product and growth analytics, optimize ATM placement strategy
• Own unit economics: build models, track performance, identify efficiency levers
• Lead operational analytics for cash flow and logistics optimization
• Hire and lead a team of analysts
