💼 About This Role

You'll play a lead role on the founding SRE team at our new NYC engineering hub, architecting and owning reliability and infrastructure strategy across multiple services. You'll drive cross-functional initiatives and set the standard for operational excellence, partnering closely with teams in Stockholm. This role is 5-day in-office in NYC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and own reliability and infrastructure strategy across multiple teams
• Own observability, capacity planning, and monitoring for distributed systems
• Define SLI/SLO frameworks, error budgets, and production readiness standards
• Lead incident management and drive systemic improvements from post-mortems

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience operating large-scale production systems
• Technical leadership driving reliability outcomes across teams
• Strong architectural judgment for distributed systems
• Effective communicator spreading knowledge through post-mortems and runbooks
