You'll build LLM-powered agents for customer engagement platforms at a Series C AI startup. Your work will directly impact real-time insights for contact centers, enhancing service levels and agent performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build LLM-powered agents for internal and customer-facing products
• Support prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Collaborate on experiments with open-source and commercial LLMs
• Implement and evaluate reasoning, planning, and memory modules

📋 Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD in computer science or math from tier1 institutes
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with LangChain or Transformers

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in LLMs, agents, and open-source AI ecosystem
• Experience with deploying and monitoring AI features in production
