Join Nox Group as a Yard Foreman and lead our field operations team in Reno, NV. You will oversee yard crew activities, manage inventory, coordinate material shipments and deliveries, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• General laydown yard operations knowledge
• Experience operating laydown yard equipment
• Experience managing and coaching direct reports
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
• Valid driving record and OSHA 30 certification

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily goals, schedules, and expectations for yard crew
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
• Maintain inventory records for materials and equipment
• Coordinate material deliveries and returns
• Assist with securing and shipping materials
