🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, support, and develop a team of software engineers through coaching and career development
• Partner with Product to translate priorities into clear execution plans
• Stay close to architecture and system design decisions
• Drive improvements in observability, performance, and operational practice
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team design

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading and developing software engineers in a people management capacity
• Strong track record delivering production software through engineering teams
• Solid technical background in backend systems or platform engineering
• Experience leading teams on cloud platforms or B2B infrastructure products
