As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory processes, executing key operational functions, and supporting visual standards to ensure a smooth and safe retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities
