Description

As the analytical backbone of transformation initiatives, you will build business cases, track value realization, and enable data-driven decisions to ensure automation and process redesign deliver measurable efficiency and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-8 years experience with 3-4 in value-focused role (e.g., FP&A, Operational Excellence)
• Proven ability to architect value frameworks, build ROI models, and validate benefits
• Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with influence management ability

Responsibilities

• Own financial and analytical backbone of automation initiatives, building end-to-end business cases
• Quantify value potential of initiatives using ROI, payback period, and FTE impact
• Conduct cost optimization and efficiency analytics to identify savings opportunities
• Define and track value realization KPIs and build monitoring dashboards
• Contribute to standardizing methodologies for a centralized Value Realization Office
