💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive ControlUp's ecosystem strategy across key enterprise technology domains. You'll play a key role in setting strategy and driving execution for how ControlUp integrates with and delivers value alongside strategic ISV partners, combining strategy, product development, and ecosystem leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own ControlUp's ISV integration strategy across priority ecosystems
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align integration strategy with product roadmap
• Build data-driven business cases to support integration investments and partner prioritization
• Serve as central point of coordination for ISV-related initiatives within Office of the CTO
• Stay ahead of enterprise IT ecosystem trends and provide thought leadership

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software with focus on product strategy or integrations
• Deep technical background with understanding of modern software architectures, APIs, and integration frameworks
• Proven experience influencing product roadmaps and platform strategies
• Demonstrated ability to build compelling business cases including financial modeling and ROI analysis

• Experience in a VP-level or director-level role in a fast-growing SaaS company
