💼 About This Role
You'll own and evolve Brevo's competency framework to reduce ramp time, increase win rates, and accelerate SQO generation. You'll sit between Sales, RevOps, and Product, diagnosing performance breaks and designing fixes. You'll manage the full enablement stack and build an ENT team that executes consistently.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own ENT enablement roadmap and priorities tied to ARPA and win rate targets
- Run onboarding and ramp for ENT AEs to shorten time-to-productivity
- Build and maintain ENT playbook, competitive battlecards, and field tools
- Translate product launches into field-ready material and close GTM feedback loops
📋 Requirements
- 5–7+ years in sales enablement, revenue ops, or senior sales
- Hands-on with MEDDPICC or SPICED methodologies
- Data-literate: pull own CRM and Gong data for analysis
- English fluency required; French a strong plus

- Experience with Gong, Rise Up LMS, Doozy, Salesforce/Omni
- AI-native: uses AI for drafting, analysis, call review
