💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the senior-most engineering leader for Pindrop's core platforms and cross-product capabilities. You'll be the technical visionary behind our multi-cloud platform and real-time risk engine. This role offers the opportunity to shape engineering culture and strategy for a TIME-recognized top software company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape engineering culture, process, and talent development across all product teams
• Own Pindrop's core platform roadmap, delivery, and quality for Passport and Protect
• Collaborate with Chief Architect to evolve technical vision and architecture
• Implement processes to reduce downtime, improve scalability, and manage cloud costs

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years building application platforms or infrastructure with people leadership
• Leading a technology organization of 30+ individuals with director-level reports
• Ability to build and scale tech organizations in growth-phase companies
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP with multi-cloud deployment

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of data science infrastructure and machine learning
• Experience with network and application security or enterprise security programs
• Ability to structure team topologies using lean principles
