🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain Colleague position ID codes for new hires.
• Process employee separations and I-9 compliance audits.
• Enter stipends and compensation adjustments accurately.
• Troubleshoot Colleague issues with IT support.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of professional HR experience.
• 3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

✨ Nice to Have

• Colleague HRIS experience preferred.
• Experience with immigration status tracking.
