• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD growth
• Build deep relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach
• Educate referral partners on Charlie Health's SUD programs and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine growth strategies

📋 Requirements

• Based in Madison, WI
• Willing to travel extensively around the Madison area
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred

• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce
